Terms of Use
As an authorized user of Packell, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and using Packell Platform.
Your role on the platform is to legally promote our packs and earn a commission on any packs purchased by others through our website or personal referrals on Packell.
By signing up with Packell, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY User Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your User Registration.
Payments and Earnings
Users can earn money on Packell by participating in various activities, such as promoting Packs, completing tasks, and engaging with the platform. Payments are processed weekly. You must reach a minimum of $30 to request a withdrawal.
Payments will only be made for completed and confirmed activities. Transactions that are refunded, canceled, or determined to be fraudulent will not qualify for payouts. To ensure timely and accurate payments, please make sure your registered email matches your PayPal account or submit your banking information for Stripe payouts.
Packs
Packell allows registered users to promote and sell Packs through unique pack-links, earning commissions on successful trades. To ensure fairness and transparency, users must adhere to specific guidelines, including the use of clear and accurate promotions, compliance with legal standards, and proper use of Packell’s intellectual property. Unauthorized actions, such as misleading advertisements or unapproved keyword bidding, are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the platform.
- Packell allows users to promote their Packs through unique pack-links provided by the platform. These links are a way for registered users to share and sell Packs, earning commissions through successful trades.
- Only registered users of Packell are permitted to promote Packs using pack-links. Unauthorized promotion of Packs by non-registered users is strictly prohibited.
- Users must not use misleading or deceptive text, buttons, or images when promoting Packs. Promotions should accurately represent the availability and terms of the Packs being offered.
- Users are prohibited from bidding on Packell-related keywords, including ‘Packell Packs,’ ‘Packell Discounts,’ or any other terms that imply affiliation with or availability of Packs through unauthorized channels.
- Users are not allowed to employ methods such as pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, or any other visible or invisible actions that set Pack cookies unless the user has explicitly indicated interest in a specific Pack by clicking on a clearly marked link, button, or image. The use of these methods must always lead directly to the Packell checkout page.
- Packell reserves the right to adjust the availability and quantity of Packs at any time to maintain platform stability and ensure fair distribution among users. This adjustment may also impact the potential earnings from the purchase of Packs.
- Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when promoting Packs through pack-links. Any violation of these laws may result in the termination of your Packell account and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
- All content and promotional materials provided by Packell, including pack-links, images, and text, are the intellectual property of Packell and may only be used in accordance with these terms. Unauthorized use of Packell’s intellectual property is prohibited.
Affiliate and Referral Program
Packell offers a Referral Program that allows users to earn additional rewards by inviting new members to join the platform. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
Only registered users of Packell are eligible to participate in the Referral Program. You must maintain an active account in good standing to receive referral rewards.
Referral Rewards
When you invite a new user through your unique referral link, and that user successfully registers and buy the launch pass on the platform, you may be eligible to receive referral bonuses. The reward amount and structure will be determined solely by Packell and may change at any time without prior notice.
Proper Conduct
You must promote Packell truthfully and ethically. False claims, misleading advertising, spamming, or any promotion that violates local, national, or international laws will result in the forfeiture of earned rewards and possible termination of your account.
Prohibited Practices
- Referring yourself through multiple accounts or devices.
- Using unauthorized advertisements that imply an official partnership or misrepresent Packell.
- Offering cash incentives, rebates, or guarantees to potential users beyond what Packell officially provides.
- Using Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising or domain names that contain Packell trademarks without prior written approval.
Tracking and Payment
Referral activities are tracked through your unique referral link. Packell is not responsible for any tracking issues that may prevent accurate reward allocation. Referral rewards will be processed in accordance with our standard payout schedule and withdrawal policies.
Modification or Termination of the Program
Packell reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Termination
Your user account and status on the platform may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
- Failure to disclose the user relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
- Violation of intellectual property rights. Packell reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of Packell in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or other ways of promising kick-backs from your user commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with Packell, however, is acceptable.
- Self-trade, fraudulent transactions, suspected fraud.
In addition to the foregoing, Packell reserves the right to terminate any User account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or for no reason.
Liability
Packell will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to user tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Platform and/or to our website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Platform and/or the packs sold by Packell. We make no claim that the operation of the Platform and/or our website(s) will be error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Platform and will end when your User account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your User account. Your continuing participation in the Platform will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Indemnification
User shall indemnify and hold harmless Packell and its user and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Packell to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of User.
Electronic Signatures Effective
The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Packell Platform. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the Packell application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
